Insurance companies are driven by consumer demand. For pain reduction benefits alone, insurance should include Licensed Massage Therapists in the network, but they are still considered out-of-network.

MTTI has licensed therapists with NPI numbers (National Provider Numbers) and

NCBTMB Board Certified credentials.

Several MTTI Clients have successfully gotten insurance coverage or reimbursement for their massage therapy.

Talk to your Primary Care Provider or contact your insurance company, and let us know how we can help you get your Massages covered.

MTTI REPUTATION

  • MTTI is among the top Massage schools in the Nation, growing hundreds of healthcare professionals since 1999.
  • Our experience and reputation in the community and country have solidified relationships with employers, providing our students many job placement opportunities after graduation.
  • MTTI continues to be a leader in graduating massage therapists who are workforce-ready and trained for massage jobs across all markets.
  • MTTI expanded to accept larger classes but soon found that it compromised education quality. We returned to small enrollment and are now back at the top of national rankings, with high pass rates on the MBLEX national exam.
  • We opted for quality because MTTI  promotes the profession and employment of Licensed Massage Therapists in our community and across the Nation.
  • All Instructors are cross-trained and have worked together for 10 to 15 years, providing consistent support for students and clients.

YOGA & SELF-CARE

The MTTI program trains and prepares student therapists with a daily YOGA and Breathwork hour from 8:00 to 9:00 a.m. Monday through Saturday.

  • Free to the community.
  • We provide mats, chairs, blocks, straps, and blankets.
  • Come as you are.
  • Monday to Friday classes are YOGA for Every Body and are adaptable to less advanced folks.
  • Saturdays are Gentle Movement Chair Yoga and Breath Work, also adaptable for the more advanced.
  • Kids welcome.
  • Tax-exempt donations are welcome through our collaborating sister organization, ABW Living Tree 501c3 Community Wellness Center, where we share space. (Please inquire for more details.)
  • MTTI and ABW Living Tree 501c3 are not formal legal partners. Both organizations share space.
  • Visit the calendar for all events in the center and on campus.
